  Blue Coral is good hotel for below points. Visited on 6th Sep 2024.

1. Huge parking place that is not available in most of the hotels in Rameshwaram near... read more temple, if one is driving on own in self vehicle (without driver or taxi) I guess parking is on top of the mind. This hotel solves this problem.
2. Host Mr Daniel was soft spoken and welcoming nature. He arranged the tea when we requested on arrival. He also reserved ground floor rooms since we were with elderly people with us.
3. Rooms were clean and comfortable. AC was good, had good sleep after 11 hrs of driving. Towels etc are clean. Used 3 bed AC room (2 rooms for 6 people) and it was comfortable with one double bed and one single bed.
4. Near to temple east gate, 7-8 mins walking. But if you have elderly people with you, you will need to look for auto to reach temple. Autos are easily available.

Few points where we felt hotel can improve.
1. Bathrooms can be improved, size cannot be changed but fittings can be improvised.
2. There is no restaurant in hotel but then you have one just opposite to hotel OR there are many options near the temple. This may not be decision maker in temple town where entire focus is on temple.

Overall good choice as no one is expecting super luxury hotels in temple town. Go ahead and book if you are not traveling with elderly people.

The room I eventually got at the Blue Coral Cottage was comfortable and clean. They are well located to access some nice sea shore areas.

They helped me organise sightseeing trips and were very committed to ensuring I had a great stay. The hotel is in a quiet location, but very close to the beach and the temple and many restaurants are just a few minutes away.   What price we have given is not worthy for amenities they have provided... Ac was not working...and in other room dust was falling when ac oned. If we inform then... read more only they will swich on for hot water, if we ask then only they give blanket, towel, soap. No cupboard to keep the things. Dust bin was broken. Bath room taps were rusty. Maintaince is not proper...Very poor.all friends we're upset.
